The water company has implemented the following policy for bill payment assistance, or disconnection of delinquent accounts.

In the 2025 calendar year, the Wilsona Gardens Mutual Water Company did not have to suspend service for any of its customers.

The By-Laws were most recently amended by a vote of the general membership in March of 2026. A copy of the current By-Laws is available here.
