  3. Confirm quorum.
  4. Review and Approval of previous meeting minutes.
  5. Approval for monthly "Maintenance Fee” to be incorporated as a separate item on every active water meter billing. (Community Input).
  6. Corporate, Business, and Agricultural rates to be developed and incorporated into monthly billing.
  7. Company Website.
  8. New Business/Next Meeting Date & Time.
  9. Open Forum (2 minute time limit to be implemented).
  10. Adjournment.
