Roll Call of Board of Directors, Quorum confirmed.

Last months meeting minutes: Approved.

Update on State Water Board Required Water Sampling Tests: Title 22 Water Samples taken by D2/T2 Operator, Lead and Copper Samples taken, awaiting lab results on all samples. Any positive results a timeframe that requires a notification to all customers of tests taken. New BSSP in draft, working with State Water Board for acceptance and approval.

Review Unfinished Water Company Projects. 1. Water Meter replacement schedule.
2. Property Backflow Risk Assessment. 3. New Billing Rates pending. 4. Purchase display board.

New business:
Financial Audit cost $5,000.00 - $8,000.00.
Working with Franchise Tax Board for reestablishing Non Profit status.

Open forum:
Future billing to include company website: wilsonagardensmutualwater.org.
Finances: We are spending more on State required testing and associated costs than intake of money from property owners paying their bills.
Board resolution passed at last months meeting that imposes penalties to any community member that provides water to anyone outside of our community.
Inquire on behalf of property owner for assistance from outside entities within the state.
Training for D1/T1 certification. Websites: waterboards.ca.gov or State Water resource Control Board DWOCP.
